You’ll need to raise the green lift in order to get down to the lower part of this room.

You can’t do that yourself, so shoot the switch on the wall to summon a little helper to do it for you.

When the lift reaches you, step on board, and shoot your little helper.  Wait for the lift to go down again and walk to the exit.
