The four statues light up when you shoot them.  You need to light all of them up at the same time.

To do that you need to be standing in the centre of the room.

Fortunately a secret path makes that possible.  Starting by the top-right statue (like in the picture) simply walk out over the water.

Light up the statues, then retrace your steps back out into the gardens.
